We're Only as Good as Our Weakest Link(s)

The folks in Wisconsin are after state government's heads because mailings went out from EDS Corporation with their Social Security numbers on the labels.

I don't know what went wrong but perhaps the conversation at EDS went something like this:

IT Leader: "Team, we have an intern for the next couple of weeks. Does anyone have any easy task suggestions that would keep them occupied, out of trouble and out of our hair?

Team Member: "Hey, I've got an idea! How about we have them make labels?"
